Guidelines

1. Please ensure all uploaded content is original.
2. Please read the Technical Service Agreement carefully before accepting it.
3. All uploads will be reviewed. You can track the status in [My Work].
4. Your Proceeds shall be 100% of the net sale amount, after deducting bank fees and other applicable charges.
5. Your Proceeds shall be calculated based on the actual transaction amount paid by the User (including Pro members) after all applicable discounts, coupons, or membership pricing adjustments have been applied. D5’s membership discounts or pricing programs do not constitute a modification of your Listing Price, but a commercially reasonable pricing measure.
6. You may subsequently withdraw your Product or change the license type; however, such withdrawl or change shall not affect Users' access who have previously purchased the Product.
